【摘要】 介绍了功能稻（Oryza sativa L.）米的分类、营养特性、遗传机理和当前取得的进展，并对功能稻米及其产业发展提出了建议，以期为功能稻米的相关研究提供参考。

【Abstract】 The classification,nutritional characteristics,genetic mechanism and current progress of functional rice were introduced,and some suggestions on the development of functional rice and its industry were put forward,in order to provide reference for the research progress of functional rice.
