【Abstract】 The current situation and problems of the performance evaluation of agricultural scientific research funds were analyzed,the existing problems of the fund performance evaluation in the whole process of the operation of agricultural scientific research projects were studied from four aspects:the awareness of performance management,the budget preparation and the setting of performance objectives,the construction of a scientific evaluation index system,and the application of performance evaluation results.
