【摘要】 随着医疗卫生领域的国际交往与融合愈加频繁和深入，医院外事工作已经成为搭建医疗卫生领域间学术交流的平台，建设友谊的桥梁和形成文化的载体，医院对外事工作的重视程度不断增加，对外事工作的要求也不断提高，因此亟须对新形势下医院外事工作的管理与实践展开探究。本文以北京大学第三医院(以下简称北医三院)为例，根据医院的基本情况，综合分析了医院外事工作的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战，并基于上述分析对医院外事工作的发展提出了相应改进措施，以期更好地提高医院外事工作质量，促进医院高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the more frequent of international exchanges and deepening integration in healthcare field, the foreign affairs work in hospitals has become a platform for academic exchanges in healthcare field, a bridge of friendship and a carrier of culture. The hospital pays more attention to foreign affairs work and puts forward new requirements for this work. Therefore, it is urgent to explore the management and practice of foreign affairs work in hospital under the new context. This paper analyzed the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of foreign affairs work in hospital by taking Peking University Third Hospital as an example according to its basic situation, and put forward corresponding improvement measures for its development so as to better improve its foreign affairs work quality and promote the high-quality development of this hospital.更多还原
