【摘要】 目的：基于数据挖掘技术分析、总结当代名老中医治疗胃脘痛的用药规律，为进一步提高中医药治疗胃脘痛提供新的临床思路，提高治疗效果。方法：收集中国知网（China national knowledge infrastructure,CNKI）及图书馆中治疗胃脘痛的相关文献并建立方剂数据库，运用中医传承辅助平台软件对方剂数据库进行四气五味、归经分布、频次统计、组方规律、药物间关联度、核心组合、新方分析并挖掘其中的用药规律。结果：筛选出治疗胃脘痛方剂105个，确定处方中药物出现的频次、常用药对药组合，演化得到新处方4首。结论：当代名老中医治疗胃脘痛多采用疏肝理气、健脾和胃的方法，常用的药物有白芍、枳壳、陈皮和甘草，归经以脾胃为主，依据不同证型选用甘温或者苦寒的药物，最终推演出4个新的处方，其中3个具有一定的临床意义，为治疗胃脘痛提供新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To further provide a new clinical thinking for the improvement of the treatment of epigastric pain by TCM and raise therapeutic effects by analyzing and summarizing contemporary TCM doctors′medication laws of treating epigastric pain based on data mining technology. Methods: The literature on the treatment of epigastric pain were collected from CNKI and the library, to establish the prescription database,TCMISS was applied to analyze four natures and five flavors, meridian tropism and distribution, frequency statistics, prescription laws, drug correlation, core combinations and new prescriptions in prescription databases,and unearth the medication laws in the database. Results: All 105 prescriptions of treating epigastric pain were screened, the frequency of drugs in the prescription and the combination of commonly used drugs were determined, and four new prescriptions were evolved. Conclusion: Contemporary famous TCM doctors adopt soothing liver and regulating Qi, invigorating spleen and harmonizing stomach as therapeutic method in the treatment of epigastric pain, the commonly used drugs are Baishao(Radix paeoniae), Zhiqiao(Fructus aurantii), Chenpi(dried tangerine peel) and Gancao(Licorice), the meridian tropism belongs to spleen and stomach, they choose the drugs of sweet and warm nature, bitter and cold nature according to different patterns, and consequently to derive four new prescriptions, among them, three prescriptions possess certain clinical meaning, and it could provide new thinking for the treatment of epigastric pain.更多还原
