基于取向生长NiO纳米片的室温响应ppb级NO2气体传感器

【摘要】 二氧化氮(NO2)作为最主要的大气污染物,对水体、土壤、大气以及人体健康有严重危害,研发室温工作、低浓度探测、高响应、便携式的气体传感器是NO2传感器的迫切需求。本文用水热法在石英玻璃衬底上生长(111)取向生长的NiO纳米片薄膜,通过对水热反应前驱体中六水氯化镍(NiCl2·6H2O)浓度的调控实现对NiO纳米片取向性、致密度和薄膜厚度的调节。基于该薄膜的NO2传感器可在室温工作,对10 ppb NO2的响应达到19%,且对低浓度NO2有良好的选择性。

【Abstract】 Nitrogen dioxide(NO2), as one of the most concerned air pollutants, has caused serious effects on water, soil, atmosphere and human health. It is urgent to develop a portable NO2 gas sensor that can detect low concentration of NO2 with high response at room temperature. In this work,(111) oriented NiO nanosheets were fabricated on quartz substrate by hydrothermal method. The orientation, density, thickness of the NiO thin film were adjusted by changing the concentration of the NiCl2·6 H2O precursor in the hydrothermal reaction. NO2 gas sensor based on the(111) oriented NiO thin film could work at room temperature, and it can detect 10 ppb NO2 with a response of 19%. It also has good selectivity toward NO2.
