【摘要】 把3-李代数的诱导表示推广到3-Hom-李代数．通过迹来构造3-Hom-李代数的诱导表示，且证明3-Hom-李代数的诱导表示的迹为零．

【Abstract】 The induced representation of 3-Lie algebras was generalized to 3-Hom-Lie algebras,a induced representation of 3-Hom-Lie algebras was constructed by means of trace.It is proved that the induced representation of 3-Hom-Lie algebra is traceless.
