板桩码头模型的创新设计及在实验教学中的应用
【摘要】 为解决板桩码头教学模型内置传感器出现故障时无法更换的难题,设计可拆装式的土压力传感器埋设装置和拉力传感器埋设装置。土压力传感器埋设装置包括固定组件、安装板和固定板;拉力传感器埋设装置包括传感器安装机构、固定机构、力传递机构、保护机构和锚碇结构。传感器埋设装置构造简单,拆装便捷,操作方便,当内置的可拆装式土压力传感器或拉力传感器出现故障时,可以在不破坏教学模型的情况下对故障传感器进行即时更换,不会影响正常的教学工作。将该模型应用到实验教学中,学生可通过实验方案设计、动手操作以及实验数据整理分析,加深对理论知识的理解和掌握,培养学生的创新思维能力和实践动手能力。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that soil pressure sensor and tension sensor embedded in the model can’t be replaced when failure occurs, a detachable soil pressure sensor embedding device and a tension sensor embedding device are designed.The soil pressure sensor embedding device includes the fixing assembly, the mounting panel and the fixing panel. The tension sensor embedding device includes the sensor mounting mechanism, the fixing mechanism, the force transfer mechanism, the protection mechanism and the anchorage structure. When the embedding sensor of the model fails, the fault sensor can be replaced immediately without wrecking the teaching model. The model is applied to the experimental teaching. Through the design of experimental scheme, the operation of experimental process, the processing of experimental data and the analysis of characteristics of sheet-pile wharf after forcing, the students’ understanding and mastery of the theoretical knowledge are deepened, and the students’ innovative ability and practical ability are cultivated.
