【Abstract】 There are many drawbacks in the existing training mode of biomedical talents, which leads to the disconnection between talent training and practice. Medical colleges and universities should integrate the power of universities, enterprises,hospitals and the government to cultivate biomedical talents. Through nearly ten years of exploration and practice, University of South China has created a new system of "four elements plus four synergies" which meets the requirements of the development of biomedical industry and has the characteristics of University of South China.更多还原
