【摘要】 首先，本文基于水吉建窑及周边窑址发掘出土资料，分析晚唐五代时期建窑是在闽北、浙南、浙西、赣东北等内陆地区影响下兴起，并非源自福建沿海区域。其次，本文分析了福建黑釉瓷窑址的分布与产品构成，确认北宋中后期是建窑黑釉瓷生产的繁荣期，为满足城市市民需求，在生产和销售上实现了专门化；南宋中后期是建窑黑釉瓷生产的衰落期，由于销售路线受阻，黑釉瓷生产中心向闽江下游转移。最后，通过对比长江中下游和福建地区青白瓷窑址考古发现，指出南宋晚期建窑迅速转向青白瓷生产，并非由于饮茶方式转变，而是由于社会经济凋敝，建窑不得不生产青白瓷抢夺既有市场。更多还原

【Abstract】 Combining the archaeologically excavated black-glazed objects in Fujian and its surrounding areas,the analysis on the historical Jian kiln(ware) located in Shuiji of Fujian region has come to the following:It was the impacts from the inland covering the northern Fujian,the southern and western Zhejiang,the north-eastern Jiangxi not the coastal zone of Fujian that inspired the rise of the Jian porcelain.As is documented about the distribution of the black-glazed makers with types of products across Fujian,the production of Jian black-glazed wares was growing prosperous by the mid-late Northern-Song dynasty with specialized processing and marketing to satisfy the demands from the urban people,but declining in the mid-late Southern-Song dynasty with the black-glazed center moving down towards the lower reaches of the Min River of Fujian region as the result of the clogged shipment for trading products.The contrast of the kiln sites between the middlelower reaches of the Changjiang River and Fujian areas suggests that the greenish-white ware replacing the traditional black-glazed was caused by the declining so cial economy in the Southern-Song dynasty rather than the way that people changed to drink tea.Thus,the Jian porcelain manufacturers had to go back to marketing greenish-white-glazed products they used to do.更多还原
