叉角厉蝽对草地贪夜蛾低龄幼虫的捕食功能反应
Predation Functional Response of Eocanthecona furcellate to Young Spodoptera frugiperda Larvae
【摘要】 【目的】探明叉角厉蝽成虫对草地贪夜蛾幼虫的捕食能力,为叉角厉蝽应用于田间生物防治提供理论依据。【方法】在室内不同恒温条件下,开展叉角厉蝽成虫对不同密度的草地贪夜蛾1龄、2龄幼虫的捕食作用分析,并用功能反应模型进行拟合。【结果】在20.0~35.0℃内,叉角厉蝽对草地贪夜蛾1龄、2龄幼虫的每日捕食量随着幼虫密度的增大而增加。叉角厉蝽的功能反应均可用Holling-Ⅱ型和Holling-Ⅲ型模型进行拟合。在试验设定范围内Holling-Ⅱ型模型拟合得出,叉角厉蝽的每日最大捕食量随温度的升高而增大,35.0℃时为最大,对1龄、2龄幼虫的最大捕食量分别为476.19头和370.30头。Holling-Ⅲ型模型拟合得出,35.0℃时叉角厉蝽对草地贪夜蛾1龄、2龄幼虫的最大捕食量均为最大,分别为156.13头和79.04头。在试验设定的猎物密度和温度范围内,随着密度和温度范围的提高叉角厉蝽的捕食量也逐步增加。【结论】Holling-Ⅲ型模型的拟合结果更准确,叉角厉蝽成虫对草地贪夜蛾1龄、2龄幼虫具有显著的捕食能力。
【Abstract】 【Objective】The predation ability of Eocanthecona furcellate to young Spodoptera frugiperda larvae is explored to provide the theoretical basis for control of S. frugiperda in field.【Method】The predation potential of E. furcellate adults to S. frugiperda larvae with 1st and 2nd instar is analyzed under the different insect density and different constant temperature in a laboratory and then the functional response model is fitted. 【Result】 The daily predation capacity of E. furcellate adults to S. frugiperda larvae with 1st and 2nd instar increases with increase of S. frugiperda larvae density at 20.0~35.0℃. The predation functional response can be fitted by using Holling-Ⅱand Holling-Ⅲmodels. The predation functional response fitted by Holling-Ⅱmodel within the range of test indicates that the maximum daily predation capacity of E. furcellate adults to S. frugiperda larvae with 1st and 2nd instar increases with temperature rising and the maximum daily predation capacity of E. furcellate adults to S. frugiperda larvae with 1st and 2nd instar reaches 476.19 and 370.30 at 35.0℃. The predation functional response fitted by Holling-Ⅲmodel indicates that the maximum daily predation capacity of E. furcellate adults to S. frugiperda larvae with 1st and 2nd instar reaches 156.13 and 79.04 at 35.0℃.The predation capacity of E. furcellate adults to S. frugiperda larvae with 1st and 2nd instar gradually increases with increase of insect density and temperature under the given experiment conditions.【Conclusion】The predation functional response accuracy of E. furcellate to young S. frugiperda larvae fitted by Holling-Ⅲmodel is higher than Holling-Ⅱmodel.E. furcellate adult has the significant predation ability to S. frugiperda larvae with 1st and 2nd instar.
