【摘要】 目的：为加强体育与健康课程“健康第一”的指导思想，让学生在体育与健康课程中既能掌握运动技能，又能通过运动获得健康，经过相关文献分析研究，建立体医融合健康教学模式。方法：通过实验对比，解析该教学模式在中学体育与健康课中的必要性和可行性。结果：（1）体医融合健康教学模式对学生运动技能的掌握影响不显著；（2）体医融合健康教学模式能显著提高学生的健康行为。结论：体医融合健康教学模式可以在不影响运动技能掌握的前提下，改善学生的健康行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To strengthen the guiding ideology of "health first" in Physical Education and Health courses and make students learn sports skills well and gain health through sports. Through reading relevant literature and analysis and research, establish the health teaching mode of integrating physical education and medicine.Methods:Through experimental comparison, the necessity and feasibility of this teaching mode in middle school Physical Education and Health course were analyzed.Results:(1) The effect of health teaching mode of fusion physical education and medicine on students’ motor skills is not significant;(2) The health teaching mode of integration of physical education and medicine can significantly improve students’ health behavior.Conclusion:Health teaching mode of integration of physical education and medicine can improve students’ health behavior without affecting their motor skills.更多还原
