面向能源互联网的电气信息类研究生培养改革

【摘要】 研究了面向全球能源互联网的三方(国内高校+企业+海外高校)联合培养的研究生创新与实践能力培养模式。充分利用高校、电网和电气设备制造业企业的不同环境和资源,打造三方(国内高校+企业+海外高校)联合培养导师队伍;建立适应全球能源互联网需求的科研创新实践训练项目库,优化和改革电气信息类研究生创新实践方式,突出研究生工程素质、工程实践能力和创新思维的一体化培养。

【Abstract】 This paper studies the postgraduate innovation and practical ability training model jointly cultivated by three parties(domestic universities + enterprises + overseas universities) facing the global energy Internet. Make full use of the different environments and resources of universities, power grids and electrical equipment manufacturing companies to create a tripartite(domestic university + enterprise + overseas university) team of jointly training mentors; establish a scientific research and innovation practice training project library that meets the needs of the global energy Internet to optimize and reform innovative practice methods for postgraduates in Electrical Engineering and Information Engineering, highlighting the integrated training of postgraduate engineering quality, engineering practice ability and innovative thinking.
