基于改进滑模观测器的永磁同步电机矢量控制研究

【摘要】 针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)无位置传感器系统中传统滑模观测器存在抖振且速度估算不精确的问题,提出了一种改进型滑模观测器(ISMO).采用双曲正切函数作为滑模观测器的滑模切换函数,结合趋近律控制方法有效削弱了系统抖振.选取表贴式PMSM,以电流电压为输入量、转子转速和位置角为输出量构造新型滑模观测器,并采用电机转速和定子电流双闭环的电机转子磁场定向矢量控制(FOC)对实验进行仿真.结果表明:改进型的滑模观测器能有效抑制系统的抖振并且在电机的转速和位置角的估计上具有更高的精确度和更强的鲁棒性.

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of chattering and inaccurate speed estimation in traditional sliding mode observers in permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) position sensorless systems, an improved sliding mode observer(ISMO) is proposed. The hyperbolic tangent function is used as the sliding mode observer. Combined with the reaching law control method, the sliding mode switching function of the mode observer effectively weakens the system chattering. The surface mount PMSM is selected, the current and voltage are used as the input, and the rotor speed and position angle are the output to construct a new sliding mode observer. It is found that using the motor rotor field-oriented vector control(FOC) of the motor speed and stator current double closed loop to simulate the experiment, the estimation of speed and position angle has higher accuracy and stronger robustness.
