【摘要】 体教融合是新时代国家对体育与教育工作的顶层设计和全面部署。中小学贯通教育是教育改革发展的需要。北京师范大学附属实验中学依托其国家体育总局游泳运动管理中心授牌的“中国游泳协会运动学校”的优势，与北京第二实验小学共同探索高水平学生运动员“贯通培养”的培养目标、组织形式、课训体系等一系列内容。通过多年的实践探索，收获了丰硕的教育成果，为国家培养了一批游泳项目竞技体育后备人才。通过总结适用于普通学校的游泳项目贯通培养模式，对体教融合背景下体育竞技人才培养模式作了有效补充，旨在为改革中的学校提供经验借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Integrating sports and education is China’s top-down design and overall arrangement for physical education and general education in the new era. Developing a holistic approach to education at primary and secondary schools is to meet the needs of educational reform and development. The Experimental High School Attached to Beijing Normal University,taking advantage of its being a“China Swimming Sports School”recognized by the Swimming Sports Management Center under the General Administration of Sport of China,together with Beijing No. 2Experimental Primary School,explores the training goals,organizational format,training system and literacy courses for the holistic training mode for cultivating high-level student athletes. Through years of practice and exploration,they have made fruitful achievements and helped develop professional swimmers for the national team. This paper sums up the training mode that can be applied to general schools,and therefore provides another effective approach to sports talent training in the context of integrating sports and education,aiming to provide experience and reference for schools carrying out reform.更多还原
