【摘要】 目的结合医师资格考试结果探讨浙江省住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)制度的推进情况及培训效果,为国家住培制度的进一步推进提供参考。方法将浙江省2016年—2020年参加医师资格考试的临床类应届本科毕业考生(含专业学位硕士研究生)按试用期考核单位是否为住培基地进行分组,分析近几年应届本科毕业生纳入住培的情况及考试合格率情况。结果考生绝大多数来自住培基地及其协同单位,占比达72.99%;住培基地历年的考试合格率均处于全省的领先水平,且实践技能考试与医学综合笔试的剪刀差较低;非住培基地县级及以上公立医院的考生考试合格率明显低于全省平均合格率,且差距不断加大。结论浙江省住培制度初见成效,住培基地整体布局正在有序调整,有效的毕业后医学教育对于提升住院医师岗位胜任力至关重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the progress and effect of standardized residency training according to the results of medical licensing examination. Methods Total undergraduate candidates in medical licensing examination in Zhejiang Province during 2016-2020 were divided into groups according to whether or not their hospitals were standardized training bases, thus to analyze the coverage of standardized residency training and the examination results. Results Most of the examinees came from the standardized training bases, accounting for 72.99%. The passing rates of the training bases were in the leading level of the province, while those of the nontraining bases were obviously lower than the provincial average, and the gap was increasing. Conclusion The residency training system in Zhejiang province has achieved initial results, and the overall layout of residency training bases is being adjusted orderly. The effective standardized residency training is crucial for improving the post competency.更多还原
