【摘要】 [目的]探究12份延安地方品种糜子种质资源在川旱地种植的适应性，以期促进陕北地区糜子产业的规范化发展。[方法]根据《黍稷种质资源描述规范和数据标准》调查12份糜子地方种质资源材料的物候期及植物学特征；采用坠地法测定糜子落粒性，直接比较法鉴定抗旱性，糜子的抗倒伏性用倒伏等级测定方法，抗病性、基本苗数、株高用田间调查法，其余指标在后期考种时测定。[结果]参试的12份地方糜子种质资源在延安地区均可正常生长；鉴定出适合密植和机械化收割的品种2份，高产品种3份，稳产品种2份，具有特殊优异性状的品种2份。[结论]种植户在实际生产中，可以根据不同的目的选择不同的糜子品种；延安地区糜子优良种质资源欠缺，后期还应加大在相关领域的研究，不断促进延安地区糜子产业规范化、规模化发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the adaptability of 12 germplasm resources in Shaanxi Province to planting in arid plain land, the germplasm resources of broom corn millet were studied.In order to promote the standardized development of broom corn millet industry in Northern Shaanxi.[Methods]The phenological period and botanical characteristics of 12 broomcorn germplasm resources were investigated according to the Descriptors and Data Standard for Broomcorn(Paninum miliaceum L.).The falling grain ability of broom corn millet was determined by the falling method, the drought resistance was identified by the direct comparison method, and the lodging resistance of broom corn millet was determined by the lodging grade method.The disease resistance, basic seedling and plant height were investigated in the field, and the other indexes were measured in the later seed test.[Results]The 12 broom corn millet germplasm resources could grow normally in Yan’an area.Two varieties suitable for close planting and mechanized harvesting were identified, three varieties were high-yielding varieties, two varieties were stable-yielding varieties, and two varieties with special excellent traits were identified.[Conclusions]Generally speaking, in actual production, growers can choose different broom corn millet varieties according to different purposes.There is a lack of excellent germplasm resources of broom corn millet in Yan’an area.In the later stage, we should also increase the research in relevant fields to continuously promote the standardized and large-scale development of broom corn millet industry in Yan’an area.更多还原
