玉米杂交种农科大8号及其亲本指纹图谱构建
Construction of Maize Hybrid Nongkeda No.8 and Its Parents’ Fingerprint
【摘要】 采用SSR分子标记技术,利用40对玉米核心引物对玉米杂交种农科大8号及其亲本进行分析,从中筛选出8对扩增产物条带清晰稳定,且亲本条带互补的引物用来构建农科大8号及其亲本的指纹图谱,这8对引物分别是phi053k2,bnlg2291k4,bnlg2305k4,umc1147y4,bnlg1520k1,umc1489y3,bnlg490y4,umc1936k4,并将指纹图谱数字化,计算出现相同指纹图谱的概率为7.63×10-6。结果表明:出现相同指纹图谱的概率极低,证明筛选出的这8对引物可用于玉米杂交种农科大8号的真实性鉴定。
【Abstract】 We used SSR molecular marker technology to construct fingerprints of maize hybrid Nongkeda No.8 and its parents by screening 8 primers with clear bands and complement each other from 40 pairs of core primers. The 8 pairs of primers screened were phi053 k2, bnlg2291 k4, bnlg2305 k4, umc1147 y4, bnlg1520 k1, umc1489 y3, bnlg490 y4, umc1936 k4. And we digitized the fingerprint of Nongkeda No.8 to calculate the probability of the same fingerprint, which was 7.63×10-6. This explained that it was feasible to identify the authenticity of Nongkeda No.8 by the fingerprint which was constructed by the 8 pairs of primers.
