不同化学型樟树精油的化学成分和抑菌效果研究

【摘要】 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取芳樟和龙脑樟2种不同化学型的樟树叶精油。利用GC-MS法对比分析2种精油化学成分,并采用平板对峙法测试500 mg/L浓度下精油对10种植物病原真菌的抑菌活性。结果表明,芳樟和龙脑樟2种精油共分析鉴定出52种化合物,精油成分组成以单萜类和倍半萜类为主。芳樟精油分析鉴定出39种化合物,其中醇类化合物9种、烯类化合物24种,主要成分为芳樟醇(53.73%)。龙脑樟精油分析鉴定出28种化合物,其中醇类化合物10种、烯类化合物12种,主要成分为龙脑(80.69%)。2种樟树叶精油对甘蔗赤腐病菌等8种植物病原真菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,对苹果轮纹病菌和小麦赤霉病菌无抑制作用。2种樟树精油对不同植物病原真菌的抑菌率相差较大,芳樟精油对8种植物病原真菌抑制率在11.51%~71.51%,而龙脑樟精油的抑制率在10.89%~63.54%。芳樟精油抑菌效果总体优于龙脑樟精油。

【Abstract】 The essential oil of two types of Cinnamomum camphora leaves were extracted by steam distillation.The chemical composition of the two essential oils were compared and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) method, and the antibacterial activity of the essential oils against 10 phytopathogenic fungi at a concentration of 500 mg/L was tested by the plate confrontation method.The results showed that 52 compounds were identified from the two essential oils. The main components of the essential oils were monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes. 39 compounds were identified from aromatic camphor essential oil, including 9 alcohols and 24 olefins, the main component was linalool(53.73%).28 compounds were identified from essential oil of borneol-type, including 10 alcohols and 12 olefins, the main component was borneol(80.69%). The two type C.camphora essential oils had different inhibitory effects on 8 pathogens, but had no inhibitory effect on Physalospora piricola and Fusarium graminearum. The antifungal rates of two type C.camphora essential oils against different pathogenic fungi were quite different. The inhibitory rate of aromatic camphor essential oil on 8 plant pathogenic fungi was 11.51%-71.51%, while the inhibitory rate of borneol-type essential oil was 10.89%-63.54%. The antifungal activities of aromatic camphor essential oil was better than that of borneol-type essential oil.
