【摘要】 姜黄是重要的药食两用植物，也是我国传统常用中药材，目前其市售原材料主要来源于人工栽培。姜黄中主要含有姜黄素类和挥发油等有效成分，具有破血行气、通经止痛的功效，现代临床常用于抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化、抗菌、神经保护等，可用作药物、天然抗氧化剂、食品添加剂、着色剂等，具有广阔的应用前景。就近十年姜黄的栽培、化学成分、药理作用、质量评价、资源开发利用等方面的进展进行了总结，以期为姜黄的深入研究和开发利用提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Turmeric is one of the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicinal materials in China.It is an important variety for both medicine and food.Its commodities mainly come from cultivated products.Turmeric mainly contains curcumin, volatile oil and other effective components, has the effect of blood breaking and qi, meridian pain relief, modern clinical often used for anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, neuroprotection, etc.Besides being a medicine, it can also be used as a natural antioxidant, food additive, colorant and so on, which has a broad application prospect.With the development of turmeric industry, it is very important to evaluate the quality of turmeric.In this paper, the progress of turmeric cultivation, chemical composition, pharmacological action, quality evaluation, resource development and utilization in recent decades were summarized,in order to provide reference for further research, development and utilization of turmeric.更多还原
