【Abstract】 Principles of Chemical Engineering is the core professional curriculum for chemical engineering and related majors. Traditional teaching has a series of drawbacks, such as limited time and space, slow update of new technologies, and offline teaching alone cannot meet the needs of the integration of new technologies and basic knowledge. In order to improve the learning effect, the MOOC online and offline hybrid smart teaching model is proposed, and specific online and offline teaching design schemes are given in the three teaching links before class, during class and after class, which enriches the teaching.
