【摘要】 分析了研究生创新能力的培养及其对精准扶贫的重要性，论述了研究生理论创新、技术创新和集成创新能力的培养方法，介绍了合肥工业大学化学与化工学院新型肥料研究所研究生创新基地建设情况与培养效果。

【Abstract】 This manuscript analyzed the cultivation of graduate students′ innovation ability and its significance on the targeted poverty alleviation. It states the training methods of the theoretical innovation, technological innovation and integration innovation abilities for the graduate students. It also introduces the construction situation and training effect of graduate students′ innovation base.
