【摘要】 目的:评价临床药师抗感染会诊干预的效果,探讨可能影响抗感染会诊结局的相关因素。方法:对本院2019年1～12月临床药师抗感染会诊病例进行回顾性分析,以抗感染会诊干预效果作为结局指标,同时收集影响结局指标的相关变量。采用χ~2检验进行单因素分析,采用logistic回归模型分析影响抗感染干预效果的相关因素。结果:最终纳入2019年1～12月的有效抗感染会诊病例765例,治疗有效率为74.77%(572例)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,低蛋白血症、肝肾功能不全、体温以及会诊意见采纳情况是影响抗感染治疗效果的重要因素。结论:临床药师抗感染会诊干预能改善患者抗感染治疗的效果;未来需进一步探讨有效的临床药师干预方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effects of anti-infection consultation intervention by clinical pharmacist and explore the related factors that may affect the outcome of consultation. Methods: Consultation records of clinical pharmacists from January to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital. The efficacy of antiinfection treatment was set as outcome indicator,and relevant variables affecting the outcome indicator were collected.Univariate analysis was performed using χ~2 test,and logistic regression was adopted to analyze factors affecting the effects of anti-infection consultation. Results: 765 cases with effective anti-infection consultation from January to December 2019 were finally included. The effective rate of anti-infective treatment was 74. 77%( 572 cases).Multi factors logistic regression indicated that hypoproteinemia,liver and kidney dysfunction,body temperature,acceptance to the consultation played essential roles in the outcome of anti-infection treatment. Conclusion: The anti-infection consultation by clinical pharmacists can improve the efficiency of treatment. Future research should focus on identifying the most efficient clinical pharmaceutical interventions.更多还原
