医学研究生教育课程思政探析
Exploration of Ideological and Political Education in Medical Postgraduate Course
【摘要】 医学研究生教育中融入课程思政,是立德树人根本任务的要求,必须高度重视医学研究生专业课程体系中思政元素不足、专业教学与思政教育"两张皮"和医学研究生的专业偏好等问题对医学研究生课程思政教育的影响。以课程思政为切入点,通过挖掘医学专业教学中思政元素、推动医学研究生的自我教育、构建课程思政评价体系等,加强医学研究生思政教育。浙江大学在医学研究生课程思政教育上,从完善体制机制入手,沿着融合实践的线路,立足课程课堂实践开展课程思政,深化"杏林思行"研究生思政品牌建设,夯实思政队伍,取得了阶段性成果。
【Abstract】 Incorporating course ideology and politics into medical graduate education is the requirement of strengthening morality Education. We must attach great importance to the impact of insufficient ideological and political elements in the medical graduate curriculum system, ideological and political work decoupling from professional teaching courses, and professional preferences of medical graduates. Taking curriculum ideological and political as the starting point, by exploring ideological and political elements in medical professional teaching, promoting self-education of medical graduate students, building a curriculum ideological and political evaluation system, etc., strengthen medical graduate ideological and political education. Zhejiang University has achieved initial results in the ideological and political education of medical postgraduate courses through the following practices: starting from perfecting the system and mechanism, along the line of integration of practice, carrying out the curriculum ideological and political construction, deepening the "Xinglin Thinking and Practicing" graduate ideological and political brand building, and consolidating the ideological and political team.
