循环血微小RNA在肺癌患者中的表达变化及与疾病分期、分化程度的关系探究

【摘要】 目的:探究循环血微小RNA(miRNA)在肺癌患者中的表达变化及与疾病分期、分化程度的关系。方法:选取2019年10月-2020年5月本院收治的90例肺癌患者为观察组,另选取同时期90名同龄体检健康者为对照组。比较两组的循环血miRNA指标(miRNA-21、miRNA-210及miRNA-221),比较观察组中不同疾病分期及分化程度的检测结果,同时采用Spearman秩相关分析上述miRNA指标与疾病分期、分化程度的关系。结果:观察组的循环血miRNA-21、miRNA-210及miRNA-221均显著高于对照组,且观察组中疾病分期较高及分化程度较低者的检测结果均显著高于疾病分期较低及分化程度较高者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman秩相关分析显示,miRNA-21、miRNA-210及miRNA-221与疾病分期均呈正相关,与分化程度均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:循环血miRNA在肺癌患者中的表达显著异常,且与疾病分期、分化程度密切相关,在肺癌患者中的检测价值较高。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression change of circulating blood microRNA (miRNA) of patients with lung cancer and relationship with disease stage and differentiation degree.Method:A total of 90 patients with lung cancer from October 2019 to May 2020 were chosen as the observation group,90 healthy persons of the same age at the same time were chosen as the control group.Then the circulating blood miRNA (miRNA-21,miRNA-210 and miRNA-221) of two groups were compared,and the detection results of observation group with different disease stage and differentiation degree were compared,and the relationship between those irculating blood miRNA and disease stage,differentiation degree were analyzed with Spearman rank correlation analysis.Result:The circulating blood miRNA-21,miRNA-210 and miRNA-221 of the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,the detection results of observation group with higher disease stage and lower differentiation degree were significantly higher than those of patients with lower disease stage and higher differentiation degree,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05);the Spearman rank correlation analysis showed the miRNA-21,miRNA-210 and miRNA-221 were positively correlated with disease stage,and they were negatively correlated with differentiation degree (P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of circulating blood miRNA of patients with lung cancer are significantly abnormal,and they are closely related to the disease stage and differentiation degree,so their detection value in the patients are higher.
