【摘要】 目的探讨羚角钩藤汤联合针灸治疗对前庭性偏头痛(VM)的治疗效果。方法前庭性偏头痛患者50例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组25例。对照组采用氟桂利嗪治疗,治疗组予羚角钩藤汤联合针灸加减治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后眩晕次数、持续时间、头痛程度以及临床症状。结果 50例患者均进入结果分析,对照组3例脱落。两组患者治疗后4周、3个月眩晕次数、持续时间、头痛评分均低于治疗前,且治疗后4周,治疗组眩晕次数(4.00±0.90)次/月少于对照组的(6.00±1.20)次/月;治疗后3个月治疗组眩晕次数(4.00±1.70)次/月少于对照组的(7.00±1.80)次/月,头痛评分(1.15±1.11)分低于对照组的(2.33±1.28)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组经过治疗3个月后,焦虑、失眠、便秘、便溏、腹胀、恶心发生情况均低于治疗前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后焦虑、失眠、便秘、便溏、腹胀、恶心发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论羚角钩藤汤加减方合针灸治疗可以有效减少眩晕发作次数以及程度,可以明显调整患者精神状态,睡眠症状以及胃肠道症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of modified Lingjiao Gouteng Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of vestibular migraine(VM). Methods A total of 50 patients with vestibular migraine were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with flunarizine, and the treatment group was treated with modified Lingjiao Gouteng Decoction combined with acupuncture. The frequency and duration of dizziness, headache severity and clinical symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results All 50 patients entered the result analysis, and 3 patients in the control group dropped out. After 4 weeks and 3 months of treatment, the frequency and duration of dizziness, and headache score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the frequency of dizziness(4.00±0.90) times/month after 4 weeks of treatment of the treatment group was less than(6.00±1.20) times/month of the control group; after 3 months of treatment, the frequency of dizziness(4.00±1.70) times/month of the treatment group was less than(7.00±1.80) times/month of the control group, and headache score(1.15±1.11) points was lower than(2.33±1.28) points of the control group. All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the treatment group, the incidence of anxiety, insomnia, constipation, loose stool, abdominal distention and nausea after 3 months of treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the control group, there was no statistically significant difference in incidence of anxiety, insomnia, constipation, loose stool, abdominal distention and nausea before and after treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion Combination of modified Lingjiao Gouteng Decoction and acupuncture can effectively reduce the frequency and duration of vertigo, and significantly adjust the mental state, sleep symptoms and gastrointestinal symptoms of patients.更多还原
