【Abstract】 While criminal intentions are often difficult to locate in network criminal cases,algorithm proves to be a viable way to solve this problem.Algorithm,as a specific tool,can in a certain degree calculate human will of behavior,for example,to employ the method of “white box”to measure one’s intentions.The working assumption of algorithm in identifying criminal intentions refers to a set of legal,technical rules determined by the correlations between human will of behavior and the variants of time,scope,subject,datum,event,and so forth,required by the aforementioned algorithm method.更多还原
