【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜保留脐部的全段脐尿管切除术治疗脐尿管瘘的安全性和有效性。方法回顾性分析2014年6月至2019年6月安徽医科大学第一附属医院泌尿外科收治的11例脐尿管瘘患者的临床资料,采用腹腔镜保留脐部的全段脐尿管切除术治疗,分析手术方式、手术时间、住院时间、术后住院时间、术前抗生素使用时间、围手术期并发症及随访术后效果。结果手术顺利,均保留脐部,无中转开放手术,手术时间90～150 min,平均118 min;住院时间4～15 d,平均10 d;术后住院时间3～8 d,平均5.3 d;术前抗生素使用时间1～7 d,平均4.6 d;无术后并发症,术后随访1～5年,无复发及恶变。结论腹腔镜保留脐部的全段脐尿管切除术治疗脐尿管瘘是一种微创、安全、有效的方法,全段脐尿管切除有效的避免了复发及恶变,保留脐部使腹部外形更美观。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of laparoscopic entire resection of urachus with navel reserving in the treatment of urachal fistula.Methods The clinical data of 11 patients with urachal fistula treated by laparoscopic in Jun. 2014 to Jun. 2019, Anhui Medical University First Affiliated Hospital Uropoiesis surgical department.By analyzing of the operation mode, operation time, hospitalization days, days postoperative hospitalization days, preoperative antibiotic use, perioperative complications, and postoperative follow-up results.Results The operation was smooth.The operative time was 90-150 min, the average operative time was 118 min, the hospitalization days were 4-15 d, the average hospitalization days were 10 d, the postoperative hospitalization days were 3-8 d, the average postoperative hospitalization days were 5.3 d, the preoperative antibiotic use days were 1-7 d, the average was 4.6 d, and there were no postoperative complications. The postoperative follow-up period was 1-5 years, and there were no recurrence or malignant changes.Conclusions Laparoscopy is a minimally invasive, safe and effective method to treat urachal fistula with entire resection of urachus with navel reserving.The operation can effectively avoid recurrence and malignant transformation, and the navel reserving can make the abdomen look more beautiful.更多还原
