【Abstract】 α adrenergic receptors are widely distributed in the urinary tract and reproductive tract.α adrenergic receptors blockers have achieved good results in the treatment of male reproductive system diseases due to their unique pharmacological actions.Among them,α_1A adrenoceptor blocker is the most commonly used drug with most clinical evidence.With the study of related pathophysiology and neurotransmitters,α_1A adrenergic receptor blockers may provide new ideas and options for the treatment of diseases in male reproductive system.更多还原
