【摘要】 随着人口老龄化的日趋严重,老年人群对医疗服务及养老服务的需求逐渐增大,且具有依附性、差异性、普遍性和时效性等特点,制约着国内养老模式的发展。由于医疗养老服务整体趋势发展的限制,现存模式的供给侧结构存在短板,难以承受广大老年人的健康服务需求。这种需求已然成为国内当前应对人口老龄化问题中的严峻考验,暴露出养老服务的众多问题。因此,探索医疗养老服务新模式对于提升老年人群的生活质量及医疗资源的有效分配具有重大的社会意义。笔者通过分析现阶段国内"医养结合"服务模式的基本现状,结合当前国情及基本国家政策,提出存在的相关问题及部分建议,以期为未来养老模式的发展提供理论支持及参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increasingly serious aging of the population in China,the elderly people’s demand for medical services and elderly care services is gradually increasing and has the characteristics of dependence、difference、universality and timeliness,which restricts the development of pension model.Due to the limitation of the development of the overall trend of medical care for the aged in China,the supply-side structure of the existing model is shortboard,which is difficult to bear the health service demand of the majority of the elderly.This demand has become a severe test in China’s current response to the aging population problem,exposing many problems of the elderly care service.Therefore,exploring a new model of medical pension services is of great social significance for improving the quality of life of the elderly and the effective allocation of medical resources.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the " Medical-Nursing Combined " service mode in China,combined with the current national conditions and basic national policies,this paper puts forward the existing problems and some suggestions,in order to provide theoretical support and reference significance for the future development of the future pension mode.更多还原
