【摘要】 对八角、小茴香、花椒、山萘4种辛香料精油中茴香精含量进行比较分析。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取4种辛香料中精油,用气相色谱-质谱联用方法(GC-MS)分离并确定各精油中茴香精含量。结果表明:八角提取的精油中鉴定出24种化合物,占八角精油总量的99.63%,其中茴香精占86.08%;小茴香提取的精油中鉴定出25种化合物,占小茴香精油总量的96.68%,其中茴香精占9.33%;花椒提取的精油中鉴定出25种化合物,占花椒精油总量的98.67%,其中茴香精占21.96%;山萘提取的精油中鉴定出34种化合物,占山萘精油总量的88.28%,其中茴香精占9.91%。4种辛香料中茴香精的含量由多到少的顺序为:八角>花椒>山萘>小茴香。更多还原

【Abstract】 The content of fennel essence in star anise,fennel,Chinese prickly ash and Kaempferia rotunda L.is compared and analyzed.The essential oils of four spices are extracted by steam distillation method,the fennel essence content in four spices is separated and determined by GC/MS.The results show that 24 compounds are identified in the essential oils extracted from star anise,accounting for 99.63% of the total star anise essential oils,of which fennel essence accounts for 86.08%;25 compounds are identified in the essential oils extracted from fennel,accounting for 96.68% of the total fennel essential oils,of which fennel essence accounts for 9.33%;25 compounds are identified in the essential oils extracted from Chinese prickly ash,accounting for 98.67% of the total Chinese prickly ash essential oils,of which fennel essence accounts for 21.96%;34 compounds are identified in the essential oils extracted from Kaempferia rotunda L.,accounting for 88.28% of the total Kaempferia rotunda L.essential oils,of which fennel essence accounts for 9.91%.The order of the fennel essence content in the four spices from more to less is:star anise>Chinese prickly ash>Kaempferia rotunda L.>fennel.更多还原
