Notch信号通路对糖尿病肾脏疾病发生发展作用的研究进展
Research progress of Notch signaling pathway in diabetic kidney disease
【摘要】 Notch信号通路在机体发育和调节稳态的过程中起重要作用,其在成熟肾脏中的重新激活对DKD发生发展起关键作用,包括足细胞损伤、肾小管间质纤维化及可能的血管生成和免疫系统激活。本文对Notch信号通路对DKD发生发展作用的研究进展进行综述,为临床治疗DKD提供依据。
【Abstract】 Notch signaling pathway is very important in body development and homeostasis regulation.Its reactivation plays a key role in the development of diabetic kidney disease(DKD)in mature kidney,including podocyte injury,tubulointerstitial fibrosis,angiogenesis and immune system activation. Here,we reviewed the research progress of Notch signaling pathway in DKD,and provided the evidence for DKD treatment in clinical practice.
