传统企业动态能力构建与数字化转型的机理研究
Dynamic Capability Evolution and Digital Transformation of Traditional Enterprise
【摘要】 数字化转型是企业面临的重要挑战,也是研究的热点。围绕数字经济时代下传统企业动态能力构建和数字化转型主题,运用探索性案例研究方法,以碧桂园为案例分析其信息化—数字化—智能化的数字化转型过程及转型过程中的动态能力演化机制。研究表明:数字化转型的动态能力构建遵循"数字化感知能力—数字化获取能力—数字化转型能力"的演化过程;数字化转型的外部驱使因素体现在智能化技术、个性化需求、在线化模式和生态化发展等方面;传统企业进行数字化转型形成的数字化转型能力,通过决策和运营模式的变化促使企业的经营更符合市场变化规律,组织和合作模式的变化促进管理更加数字化,对外部数字化变革做出快速反应并制定应对策略。本文对基于动态能力视角研究数字化转型及企业战略变革具有一定借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 Digital transformation is not only a key challenge faced by enterprises, but also a research hotspot. Focusing on the theme of building dynamic capabilities for digital transformation of traditional enterprises in the era of digital economy, this article uses exploratory case study methods to analyze traditional digital real estate company Country Garden as an example of its digital strategic transformation process and transformational dynamic capability evolution mechanism. The research shows that: the dynamic capability construction of digital transformation mainly follows the evolution process of “digital perception ability-digital acquisition ability-digital transformation ability”; the external driving factors of digital transformation mainly reflected in intelligent technology, personalized demands, online model and ecological development; the digital transformation ability formed by traditional enterprises’ digital transformation. Through the changes in decision-making and operating modes, the company’s operations are closer to market changes, and the changes in organization and cooperation modes, which make management digital, and do external digital transformation to formulate a quicker response strategy. The research has a certain role in promoting on dynamic capabilities theory and its impact on corporate strategic change.
