【摘要】 目的:分析图像引导放射治疗技术对腹部肿瘤放射治疗精度的影响。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月～2019年12月在滨州医学院附属医院治疗的108例腹部肿瘤患者的资料,有54例患者应用逆向调强放疗技术(对照组),有54例患者应用图像引导放射治疗技术(观察组),比较两组的均匀指数(HI)、适形指数(CI),以及肿瘤和周边组织的受照放射量。结果:观察组的HI、CI优于对照组,肿瘤区的受照放射量高于对照组,而周边组织的受照放射量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在腹部肿瘤放射治疗中应用图像引导放射治疗技术,可减少摆位误差,提升放疗精度,并降低放疗对周围组织的伤害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effect of image-guided radiotherapy on the accuracy of abdominal tumor radiotherapy.Methods:The data of 108 patients with abdominal tumor treated in Binzhou Medica University Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.54 patients were treated with intensity modulated radiation therapy (control group),and 54 patients were treated with image-guided radiotherapy (study group).The uniformity index (HI),conformity index (CI),and the radiation dose of the tumor and surrounding tissues were compared between the two groups.Results:The HI and CI of the study group were better than those of the control group,the radiation dose of the tumor area was higher than that of the control group,and the radiation dose of the surrounding tissue was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of image-guided radiotherapy in abdominal tumor radiotherapy can reduce the setup error,improve the accuracy of radiotherapy,and reduce the damage to surrounding tissues.更多还原
