【摘要】 目的了解北京市四至六年级小学生影响健康相关行为情况。方法通过多阶段分层抽样,对北京市14所小学四至六年级小学生进行健康状况、影响健康行为及受不同人物影响情况的现场问卷调查。结果本学期91.97%的小学生出现过身体不适,前3位不适分别是流涕(56.34%,1417/2515)、咳嗽(56.10%,1411/2515)、腹痛(46.00%,1157/2515)。本学期92.09%的小学生发生过影响健康行为,前3位分别是课间继续写作业(60.08%,1511/2515)、单次玩电子产品超过15 min (48.43%,1218/2515)、意外跌撞伤(36.98%,930/2515)。影响小学生健康行为的人物中,前3位分别是母亲(73.52%,1849/2515)、父亲(64.21%,1615/2515)、隔代长辈(32.37%,814/2515)。结论北京市中高年级小学生存在诸多影响健康行为,迫切需要开展针对性的健康教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the unhealthy behaviors among pupils from grade 4 th to grade 6 th in Beijing.Methods 14 primary schools were selected by using a multi-stage stratified sampling in Beijing.A self-directed questionnaire was used to collect health condition and the unhealthy behaviors,different characters of cultivating healthy behaviors among primary school students in grade 4 th-6 th.Results 91.97% of the pupils felt malaise in the last semester,and the top three symptoms were rhinorrhea(56.34%),cough(56.10%),abdominal pain(46.00%).92.09% of the pupils had unhealthy behaviors in the last semester,and the top three were doing homework(60.08%) at break,playing electronic products more than 15 minutes each time(48.43%),accidental falls and bruises(36.98%).The top three people who influenced pupils were mother(73.52%),father(64.21%) and grandparents(32.37%).Conclusion Unhealthy behaviors in middle and senior primary school students were obvious in Beijing.Pertinently health education should be improved in the future.更多还原
