【摘要】 白内障是眼科最常见的致盲眼病,手术是目前最有效的治疗方法。飞秒激光辅助白内障手术是近年来新兴的白内障手术方式,在这种术式中各种飞秒激光设备联合应用于白内障手术中晶状体前囊膜切开、晶状体裂核碎核、角膜切口制作三个方面。虽然对飞秒激光辅助白内障手术的安全性、准确性的研究层出不穷,但是由于飞秒激光辅助白内障手术自身的不断完善和临床研究方法的不断更新,已有的研究结果仍未得到一致的结论;加上高精尖技术设备应用于手术时的困难性和高昂的医疗费用对其推广的限制,飞秒激光辅助白内障手术目前仍存在很多待解决的问题。本文将从飞秒激光辅助白内障手术系统的最新研究进展、飞秒激光辅助白障手术方式的最新研究进展、飞秒激光辅助白内障手术的成本效益分析及飞秒激光辅助白内障手术的未来四个方面讨论飞秒激光辅助白内障手术的最新研究进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cataract is one of the most common diseases in ophthalmology,and there is no effective drug treatment for it. Surgery is the most effective treatment for it at present. Femtosecond laser assisted cataract surgery is a new soiution introduced in recent years for cataract. In this type of surgery,femtosecond laser is mainly used for lens anterior capsule incision,lens nucleus fragmentation and corneal incision making. With the continuous progress of clinical research and experimental research,there are also new evidences for the safety and effectiveness of the surgery. This paper reviews the latest research progress of femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery, consisting mainly of these contents: the introduction of femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery, lens anterior capsulotomy,lens nucleus fragmentation,corneal incision making and the development prospect of femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery.更多还原
