【Abstract】 According to the allocation requirements of inland patrol vessels in the maritime system, this paper studies the applicability of the “Regulations on the Allocation of the Maritime Vessels(Trial)” in the new period, and puts forward the calculation method of patrol vessels allocation standard in terms of adjustment coefficient and average main engine running time of patrol vessels, and forms an allocation standard proposal for inland patrol vessels in the maritime system. It can be used to calculate the newly built patrol vessels allocation standard and adjust the total amount of existing patrol vessels allocation of maritime organizations.更多还原
