【摘要】 目的了解三级公立医院统计人员工作能力与现状,分析主要影响因素,为医疗大数据时代统计人员能力提升提供借鉴。方法 2019年10月18日-2019年11月5日采用分层整群抽样方法对江苏省19家三级综合医院84名统计人员现有能力和影响因素开展电子问卷调查,采用聚类分析对统计人员能力进行分类,并通过单因素分析及简单对应分析探讨统计人员能力差异的影响因素。结果通过聚类,84名医院统计人员分为初级入门型46例(54.76%)、基础业务型31例(36.90%)、分析应用型7例(8.33%);3种类型统计人员在职称、所学专业、统计专业课程培训、参与数据治理等方面差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;对应分析结果显示,初级入门型一般为统计学专业本科及以下学历或者非统计学专业硕士学历,且近3年参加培训次数大多为0次或者1～2次;基础业务型一般为非统计学专业本科及以下学历,且近3年参加培训次数5次及以上;分析应用型一般为统计学专业硕士及以上学历者,且参加培训次数为3～4次。结论三级综合医院统计人员目前仍以初级入门型和基础业务型为主,分析应用型人才较少,专业统计学课程培训成为提升统计人员能力的重要路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the hospital statisticians’ s ability and its influencing factors under the background of big data. Methods The statisticians of 19 tertiary general hospitals in Jiangsu province were surveyed with electronic questionnaire in October 18, to November 5, 2019. Cluster analysis was used to subdivide the current ability of statisticians. Single factor analysis and simple correspondence analysis were used to explore the influence factors of the difference of statisticians’ ability. Results A total of 84 hospital statisticians were divided into three types, namely primary entry group, basic business group and analytical application group with cases of 46(54.76%), 31(36.90%), and 7(8.33%) respectively. There were statistically significant differences among the three types of statisticians in terms of their professional titles, majors, whether they had received statistical professional training, and whether they had participated in data governance(P<0.05). The corresponding analysis results showed that the entry-level type generally had a bachelor’s degree or less in statistics or a master’s degree in non-statistics, and most of the training times in the past 3 years were 0 or 1-2 times. The basic business type was generally non-statistics major bachelor’s degree or less, and the past 3 years of training were 5 times or more. The analysis application type was generally the master’s degree or above in statistics, and the number of training was 3-4 times. Conclusion At present, the statisticians in tertiary general hospitals are mainly in the primary entry type and basic business type, and there are few analytical and applied talents. Therefore, the training of professional statistics courses has become an important way to improve the ability of statisticians.更多还原
