抽水蓄能电站中性点接地刀闸操作系统的设计与探析

【摘要】 在抽水蓄能电站水轮机组背靠背(BTB)启动过程中,确保两台机组中性点接地刀闸正确分合对防止发电机定子接地保护误动作具有十分重要的意义。中性点接地刀闸的切换控制是保证机组安全运行的重要因素。在机组运行过程中,出现了传统中性点操作机构刀闸分合不到位、角度测量不精确和预警信号反馈不及时等问题。针对此不足,提出了一种新型的复合控制策略,设计、实现了一种功能可靠的中性点刀闸操作机构控制系统,并指出了其中的关键点。目前,该装置已成功应用于国家电网河南宝泉抽水蓄能电站。该系统表现出了分合闸位置精准和切换速度快等特点,具有良好的可靠性、稳定性和可操作性。

【Abstract】 In the process of back-to-back(BTB) start-up of water turbine units in pumped storage power station, it is very important to ensure that the neutral grounding switches of the two units are correctly opened and closed to prevent the generator stator grounding protection from misoperation.The switching control of neutral grounding switch is an important factor to ensure the safe operation of the unit.In the process of unit operation, there are some problems, for example, the opening and closing of switch in the traditional neutral point operating mechanism are not in place, the angle measurement is not accurate and the early warning signal feedback is not timely correct.In order to solve these problems, a new compound control strategy is proposed.A reliable control system of neutral point switch operating mechanism is designed and implemented, and the key points are pointed out.At present, the device has been successfully applied in Henan Baoquan Pumped Storage Power Station of State Grid.The system has the characteristics of accurate positioning and fast speed in the swith ON/OFF operation, and it also has good reliability, stability and operability.
