【Abstract】 In order to meet the requirement of international inclusive education development and tackle the issues in special education, Japan officially launched the special needs education reform in 2007. Over the past decade it has implemented a number of important measures and has made remarkable achievements. This article introduces the background, concepts, measures, effectiveness and problems of Japan’s special needs education reform, and on this basis puts forward suggestions for the development of special education in China.更多还原
