居民小区电动汽车有序充电策略研究
Research on Coordinated Charging Strategy of Electric Vehicle in Residential Area
【摘要】 针对小区电动汽车无序充电会对配电网产生负面影响的问题,该文提出一种基于布谷鸟算法的电动汽车有序充电策略。该策略采用不间断充电的方式,综合考虑了车主的充电需求、小区基础用电和分时电价情况,以配电网负荷波动最小和电动汽车充电费用最低为目标,将电动汽车频繁通断电的优化问题简化为计算最优开始充电时间。借助布谷鸟算法确定充电安排,完成对车辆的优化调度。最后,为验证文中所提策略的有效性,以某居民小区为例进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,电动汽车有序充电不仅能减少电费支出,还能实现对配电网负荷的削峰填谷。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that disordered charging of electric vehicles in the residential area will have a negative impact on distribution network,a coordinated charging strategy for electric vehicles based on cuckoo algorithm is proposed. Based on the uninterrupted charging,the strategy aimed at minimizing the fluctuation of power load in distribution network and the charging cost of electric vehicles,with the consideration of charging demand,basic power consumption and the time-of-use pricing,which simplified the frequent power-on and power-off optimization of electric vehicles to calculate the perfect time to start charging. Then,the charging arrangement is determined to complete the scheduling for electric vehicles through the solution of cuckoo algorithm. Finally,a residential area is set as an example to carry out simulation analysis in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy. Simulation results indicate that the participation of electric vehicles in coordinated charging can not only reduce cost,but also transform the peak shaving to load profile of distribution network.
