基于ZigBee的电池管理系统研究与设计
Research and Design of Battery Management System Based on ZigBee
【摘要】 电池管理系统主要负责电池状态检测、电池优化控制以及电池信息处理,保证整车系统的正常运行。为了解决当前动力电池管理系统连线繁杂、系统扩展性差、安装和维护成本高等问题,该文以三元锂离子电池为研究对象,采用ZigBee无线通信方式,研究并设计了高效可靠的电池管理系统。系统对电池组运行状态进行实时监控,采用星型网络拓扑结构对动力电池组信息进行采集和传输,实现了与整车控制器以及外部充电系统的信息交互。经过整机测试,结果表明,采用ZigBee的电池管理系统可以高精度检测各种运行参数,并具有故障诊断报警和热管理等功能,系统运行安全、稳定,满足使用要求。
【Abstract】 The battery management system is mainly responsible for battery status detection,battery optimization control and battery information processing to ensure the normal operation of the vehicle system. In order to solve the problems of complicated connections,poor system scalability,and high installation and maintenance costs of the current power battery management system,this article uses ternary lithium-ion batteries as the research object and adopts the ZigBee wireless communication method to study and design an efficient and reliable battery management system.The system monitors the operating status of the battery pack in real time,and uses a star-shaped network topology to collect and transmit power battery pack information,thereby realizing information interaction with the vehicle controller and external charging system. After the whole machine test,the results show that the battery management system using Zig Bee can detect various operating parameters with high precision,and has functions such as fault diagnosis,alarm and thermal management,and the system is safe and stable,and meets the requirements of use.
