【Abstract】 The Internet plus medicine economy has spawned a huge pharmaceutical output. However, in this favorable context, damage to and ineffective protection of the derivative rights of online shopping consumers become increasingly serious. Having sorted out the types of derivative rights of online shopping consumers of pharmaceuticals, this paper discusses the problems existing in the current protection of these derivative rights, and analyze the root causes of these problems from the perspective of the state, industry and consumers, and then puts forward suggestions to improve the protection of these rights in China.更多还原
