20世纪70—90年代现代主义影响下的中国北方城市居住建筑风貌探析——以天津市红桥区老旧小区为例

【摘要】 文章通过将现代主义思潮的特征和进程与所调研小区的特征和建设背景进行比较,尝试探析20世纪70—90年代在现代主义思潮影响下中国北方城市居住建筑风貌的演变,从而发掘其时代特征。探析的目的在于为老旧小区建筑风貌改造提供凸显其特征的方向与建议,以避免城市老旧小区改造过程中出现的"一刀切""千城一面"的情况。

【Abstract】 By comparing the characteristics and process of Modernism with the characteristics and construction background of the investigated residential areas, this paper attempts to explore the evolution of urban residential buildings in northern China under the influence of Modernism in the 1970 s and 1990 s, so as to explore the characteristics of the times and put forward suggestions for the renovation of the old residential areas.
