【Abstract】 Under the new environment of big data and intelligent library construction, this article pointed out that data literacy and data service were key abilities of librarians as literature resource constructors and providers, and discussed expression of the abilities in the construction of resources, upgrade of traditional borrowing service, subject information service, space service, data circulation service et al.
