双十二烷基壳聚糖硫酸钠与十四烷基三甲基溴化铵复配体系的表面活性与聚集行为
Surface tension and aggregation behavior of the mixed system of didodecyl chitosan sodium sulfate and tetradecyltrimethylammonium bromide
【摘要】 采用表面张力及稳态荧光光谱研究双十二烷基壳聚糖硫酸钠(DD12CTS)与十四烷基三甲基溴化铵(TTAB)复配体系的表面活性。结果表明,DD12CTS/TTAB复配体系的表面活性优于单组分表面活性剂。采用浊度、Zeta电位、粒径分布和TEM研究不同质量比时DD12CTS/TTAB复配体系的聚集行为。结果表明,当DD12CTS、TTAB质量比小于1时,溶液浑浊,溶液中形成的聚集体为囊泡;当DD12CTS、TTAB质量比接近1时,溶液产生沉淀,此时溶液中聚集体的平均粒径最大;当DD12CTS、TTAB质量比大于1时,溶液澄清,溶液中形成类球形聚集体。
【Abstract】 Surface tension and steady-state fluorescence method were used to study the surface activity of the mixed system of didodecyl chitosan sodium sulfate (DD12CTS) and tetradecyltrimethylammonium bromide (TTAB).The results showed that the surface activity of the mixed system was better than that of the single surfactant.The turbidity,Zeta potential,particle size distribution,and TEM were employed to study the aggregation behavior of the DD12CTS/TTAB mixed system at different mass ratios.The results showed that when the mass ratio of DD12CTS and TTAB was less than 1,the solution was turbid,and the structure of the aggregates in the solution was vesicle.When the mass ratio of DD12CTS and TTAB was close to 1,precipitation occurred in the solution,and the average particle size of the aggregate was the largest.When the mass ratio of DD12CTS and TTAB was greater than 1,the solution was clear,and the structure of the aggregates in the solution was spherical.
