【摘要】 为深入研究卷烟滤嘴爆珠中着色剂使用情况,建立测定卷烟滤嘴爆珠中柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红、酸性红、亮蓝、赤藓红8种着色剂的高效液相色谱法(HPLC),并对市场27种卷烟滤嘴爆珠实际样品进行了着色剂检测分析。建立的方法简单快速,8种着色剂的检出限为0.02～0.07 mg/kg,定量限为0.05～0.20mg/kg,具有较好线性(R~2>0.99)。经检测,酸性红和赤藓红均未检出,其他着色剂检测率在6%～71%之间,检出含量均未超过GB 2760-2014《食品安全国家标准》规定的最大使用量,不存在安全风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to further study the use of colorants in cigarette filter beads, the establishment of determination of 8 colorants in cigarette filter beads: lemon yellow, amaranth, carmine, sunset yellow, allure red, acid red, brilliant blue, and erythrosine High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC), and the actual samples of 27 kinds of cigarette filter beads on the market were tested and analyzed for colorants. The established method is simple and fast. The detection limits of the eight colorants are 0.02 mg/kg ～0.07 mg/kg, and the quantification limits are 0.05 ～0.20 mg/kg, with good linearity(R~2>0.99). After testing, neither acid red nor erythrosin was detected, and the detection rate of other colorants was between 6% and 71%, and the detected content did not exceed the maximum use amount specified in GB 2760-2014 "National Food Safety Standard".
