【摘要】 目的分析高压氧舱发生火灾事故的原因,探索相应的安全管理策略,提高预防火灾隐患的能力。方法通过对助燃剂、可燃物、火源和温度的防范,制定切合实际的六级安全巡检与运维保障管理策略,达到高压氧舱火灾事故预防控制。结果依据火灾风险优化了高压氧舱火灾事故的预防控制流程和措施,完善了防火消防的应急演练和例行检查联动机制,应用安全管理策略前后各6个月时间段的综合管理考核评价分值由64.4%升至87.1%,提高率为35.2%。结论六级安全巡检与运维保障管理策略能够将使用和管理的关键节点纳入到一个闭环管理流程中,通过考核评价反映弱项关键节点,促使安全管理做到有的放矢,从而达到以医疗安全服务为重心的平安医院的建设要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the causes of fire accidents in hyperbaric oxygen chambers, and put forward corresponding security management policy to improve the ability of preventing fire safety hazard. Methods Through the prevention of combustion supporting agents, combustibles, fire sources and temperature, a practical six-level safety inspection, operation and maintenance management strategy was formulated to achieve the prevention and control of fire accidents in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. Results According to the fire risk, the pre-control process and measures of hyperbaric oxygen chamber fire accident were optimized, the emergency drill and routine inspection linkage mechanism of fire prevention and fire fighting were improved. At period of 6 months before and after the application of the security management strategy, the score of comprehensive management assessment and evaluation had been risen from 64.4% to 87.1%, and the increase rate was 35.2%. Conclusion The six-level safety inspection operation and maintenance guarantee management strategy could integrate the key nodes of use and management into a closed-loop management process. The key nodes of the weak points were reflected through the assessment, so as to make the safety management be targeted. As well, the construction requirements of safe hospital with medical safety service as the focus is met.更多还原
