【Abstract】 Combined with the background of the current national construction planning for hospital research wards, Beijing Ditan Hospital, Capital Medical University, as the first batch of Demonstration Research Ward Construction Units in Beijing, aims to enhance the clinical research capacity of the hospital,improve the quality of clinical research and strengthen the transformation of clinical science and technology.The author takes Ditan Hospital as an example to discuss and summarize the construction background of the initial construction of research wards, the support, and guarantee of the science and technology platform,the effective organization and management system.更多还原
