基于ANSYS Fluent的层流冷却系统下集管设计仿真分析
Bottom Header Design and Simulation Analysis of Laminar Cooling System Based on the ANSYS Fluent
【摘要】 以层流冷却系统中的下集管为研究对象,现场发现了旧下集管存在水柱粗细高度不均的问题,通过运用ANSYS软件对旧下集管进行流体分析,得到了引起现场问题的原因,找到了设计改进思路,设计出新结构的下集管。对新下集管进行流体分析,结果表明:新集管压力分布较好,与旧下集管相比出口处速度分布更均匀,阻尼装置起到了稳流的作用,证明了设计的合理性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the bottom header pipe in laminar flow cooling system is taken as the research object. The problem of uneven water column height in the old bottom header pipe is found on the site. By using ANSYS software to analyze the fluid in the old bottom header pipe,the cause of the problem is determined,and the design improvement idea is put forward,and the bottom header pipe with new structure is designed. The fluid analysis results of the new bottom header pipe are compared with those of the old bottom header pipe. The results show that the pressure distribution of the new bottom header pipe is better,and the velocity distribution at the outlet of the new bottom header pipe is more uniform than that of the old l bottom header pipe. The damping device plays a role in stabilizing the flow,which proves the rationality of the design.
