【摘要】 红皮梨因其较高的果实品质和营养价值,备受消费者青睐,具有广阔的市场前景。因此,红皮梨资源及果实着色机制成为近年来梨品质调控与遗传改良的研究热点之一。该文主要综述了我国红皮梨种质资源,总结了国内关于梨果实着色方面的相关研究进展,提出了我国红皮梨种质资源创新与新品种选育、果实着色分子生物学研究等方面存在的问题,以期为今后揭示梨果实着色机制提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Red pears are favored by consumers and have broad market prospects because of high quality and high nutritional value of their fruits. Therefore, the resource of red pears and mechanisms of fruit coloring have recently become one of the hot topics for quality control and genetic improvement of pears. To provide a reference for revealing coloring mechanism of pear fruits in the future, this article reviewed germplasm resources in China and red pears and research progress of pear fruit coloring, and indicated problems of germplasm innovation, new variety breeding, and molecular biology of fruit coloring of red pears in China.更多还原
